In keeping with its status as the Internet's famous venue for Ecommerce Service , We're committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of third parties and to providing our members with a safe place to buy and sell. FULLOL does not and cannot verify that site owner have the right or ability to sell or distribute their listed items. However, we are committed to removing infringing or unlicensed items once an authorised representative of the rights owner properly reports them to us. FULLOL 's Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) team work to ensure that item listings do not infringe upon the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
Any person or company who holds intellectual property rights (such as a copyright, trademark or patent) which may be infringed upon by FULLDOL postings or items listed on FULLDOL' site is encouraged to contact us. FULLDOL has set up IPR program so that intellectual property owners could report listings that infringe their rights. It is in FULLDOL’s interest to ensure that infringing items are removed from the site, as they erode trust from buyer and seller.
The details of the IPR program are as follow:
If rights owner has a good faith belief that a listing on the Site infringes your copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights, please kindly send email to FULLDOL via ipr@fulldol.com with the following documentations as attachment:
- • Certificate of trademark granted by PRC Trademark Office (soft copy is fine);
- • The POA to IPR law firm or agency from rights owner if firm or agency submit request/compliant on behalf of rights owner (soft copy is fine);
- • The link list of infringement (none PDF version);
Infringement listing will be taken down accordingly by FULLDOL while site owner fails to provide authorization certificate in 48 hours after reporting email.
